Learning & Development Manager

Our colleague Bara has accepted a new career challenge. She is leaving our team at the end of the month and therefore we are looking for a new colleague directly in HR!

Key Responsibilities

- Local implementation of global Learning & Development strategy, learning standards and learning catalogue;
- Responsibility for development and implementation of training policies for individual business units (Functions);
- Identification of individual training needs (hard and soft-skills, certifications);
- Development and facilitation of soft-skills trainings;
- Training and development of internal coaches;
- 360 Feedback tool – process, evaluation, feedback, development plans;
- Development of internal assessment and development centres, assessor;
- Responsibility for quality and efficiency of training courses (ROI); evaluation of all trainings quality and identified metrics;
- Participation in AC as an assessor;
- Administrative part of the role: marketing of training, communication of educational opportunities, booking of meetings, signing and unsubscribing of people from trainings, printing of attendance documents and etc.;
- Occasional travel to Brno / Ostrava (rarely abroad - especially Poland);
- Close cooperation with HR BP and later with colleagues from business.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Relevant HR education (university degree in psychology, sociology or education of adults);
- Certified coach – welcome;
- Ability to manage Interpretation 360, individual psychological counseling, advice to team managers, individual development plans and preparation of people for promotion;
- Professional attitude and interpersonal skills;
- High level of ethics (confidentiality);
- Reliable and accurate approach;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Standard PC skills (MS Office);
- Advanced English \ Excellent Czech or Slovak.

Nice to have

- Certification in Hogan Diagnostics (HPI, HDS, MVPI);
- Certification in sociomapping;
- Further training (such as Crisis Intervention Type).
